I am currently a Ph.D. Candidate at the School of Information and Library Science at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My research and teaching interests include the value and impact of libraries and information services, methods for exploring information seeking and use behaviors, academic libraries and information services for higher education, and managing information technologies.
For my dissertation, I created the 'Understanding Library Impacts' protocol to help academic libraries explore and demonstrate their contributions to undergraduate student learning. Please contact me with questions or inquiries about the project. I serve as a Program Officer with the Triangle Research Libraries Network where I support a range of collaborative activities for the consortium's libraries and serve as the project manager for Search TRLN. Prior to joining TRLN, I served as a systems librarian for 14 years at UNC Chapel Hill and Davidson College. |
