I am a librarian, independent researcher, and software developer with nineteen years of experience working in academic libraries.
I currently serve as a Program Officer with the Triangle Research Libraries Network where I support a range of collaborative activities for the consortium's libraries and serve as the project manager for Search TRLN. I created the 'Understanding Library Impacts' protocol for my dissertation project at the School of Information and Library Science at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to help academic libraries explore and demonstrate their contributions to undergraduate student learning. I am continuing work on this research and software development agenda through the Understanding Library Impacts Project. |
